The only way that sinners can know God, is when he reveals himself. He has revealed himself by sending his Son Jesus Christ into our world. We know about Jesus through the Bible, which God breathed out by his Holy Spirit. Therefore we believe what the Bible says, when it is properly understood. Our beliefs have been written down in various statements over the 2000 years of Christianity.
