Share a Meal Together
It can be awkward to invite someone round for a meal or a game. But we’ve tried to make it the normal thing to do at St Thomas. Why not try to invite a new person or family around after church? Or spend time with a long-time member of the church who you don’t know very well. As we spend time together, we will get to know one another better, and be better able to encourage, serve and strengthen one another.
Stay Around After Services
One very simple way to express hospitality is to simply stay around at the end of our morning services. We hope that the refreshments we serve will encourage you to stay around and talk, to speak to visitors and to people you don’t know, and to make initial connections with others in the church. It’s part of how we’re building a church that feels like the family of God.
